Foundation Overview
In Foundation, our focus is on making our children and their families feel welcome, supported and engaged in our School community. Starting with our transition and orientation days and progressing throughout the year, we strive to meet the individual needs of the children.
When the Foundation children come to the transition days they are assigned a ‘Buddy’ from Grade 6. The ‘Buddy’ system is designed to help young children settle into school life.

Community Arts Festival Fri 19 & Sat 20 July

Strathfieldsaye Primary School will celebrate the creativity and talent of its students and community with an arts festival on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th July 2024. This year’s theme is ‘Dancing with Dragons’. Gala Opening Night: Friday 19 July 5:30pm – 8:30pmOur Community Arts Festival Gala Night will include the Official Opening commencing at 7pm.
